In Stock An “in stock” classification indicates that we currently have at least one of the listed items in our store or warehouse. All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours following credit card authorization (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Special Order Items Special order items are products that are not normally stocked in our warehouse or sold on our web site, therefore, they are processed differently than regular orders and may require a special price quotation as well as extra time for delivery. In addition, since most special orders normally take from 10 to 15 business days to arrive at our warehouse, customers providing an email address will receive an email confirmation outlining product availability, pricing and delivery tracking information (UPS only). However, while we will special-order an item at no additional cost, we reserve the right to limit quantities and apply the following guidelines. Drop Shipments Shipments made directly from the manufacturers or wholesaler to an individual customer on behalf of TheDiscountCornerStore.com are called drop shipments. It should be reasonable to expect receipt of drop-shipped orders in 2-5 business day’s delivery. Customer’s providing an email address will be informed when the merchandise is available for shipping.

Shipment Damages Damage to products in transit are the responsibility of the carrier, therefore, shipments should be opened promptly upon receipt. The purchaser must initiate claims for damage goods immediately to the shipping carrier. Note: Replacement of damaged goods and subsequent shipments are made on a chargeable basis.

Defective items Products are covered under a warranty as detailed in the Warranty Terms & Conditions Section and may be returned based on the manufacturer's return policy. All defective products may be returned to TheDiscountCornerStore.com for repair or replacement only within 30 days from the date of receipt and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number). After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies and claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

Returning a defective product for credit our replacement We do ask that you carefully package the defective item in its original carton and send it to us in order to receive a credit or adjustment.
