Products
are placed on the clearance list from time to time for any of a variety of reasons including
the following.
- The items
are discontinued by the manufacturer or we have chosen to discontinue supplying these particular
products and they are being sold at reduced prices while supplies last.
- The
manufacturer has clearly stated a "best used before" month
and year, which is both the current month and year or will occur within 30 days.
- The shelf
life of the product has expired and even though the item is probably still safe the potency may
be less effective.
- The quality
of the items has diminished and the items are being sold as is at
bargain prices.
- The style,
package count or some other detail of the product has changed.
- The
availability of clearance items is limited and these products cannot be backordered
once sold out.
- Items
listed as clearance are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
- All
sales of clearance items are final.

Heavyweight/Oversized
Item Charges
Products
listed with a heavyweight item tag are items that will require
special packaging or delivery because of their weight, size, dimensions or destination and,
therefore, will incur additional shipping charges. However, the
additional freight charges for these items may already be included in your shipping and
handling fees applied by the online shopping cart system at checkout. Customers providing an email address will receive an order
confirmation outlining the total amount of their order, including shipping and handling
charges, which may range from $35.00 upward for ground shipping, along with delivery
tracking information*. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for
additional information.
* Please note that tracking numbers may not be
available until after the product has shipped.
Products listed with a "heavyweight item"
tag are not available for sale outside the 48 contiguous states. |

How to Order
Placing
an order online with TheDiscountCornerStore.com only takes a few minutes - less time than it
takes to drive to your local drug store! Step by step
instructions:
- Select a product category (example: Activity Helpers) from
TheDiscountCornerStore.com Home page.
- Choose a Sub-category and click on the name to display the
product page.
- Browse the product page for the item(s) of your choice, read the
accompanying product details, description, directions and any cautions provided before adding it
to your Shopping Cart.
- Add the item to your shopping cart; Click the Add to
Cart button.
- Make any adjustments to the quantity of the item you want to buy
in the box provided or remove the item from your shopping cart if you require.
- Click Continue Shopping if you are not yet finish
with adding items to your shopping cart.
- Once you are finish with your selections, review the items in
your shopping cart and complete the ordering process by clicking the "Secure Checkout
button.
- Complete the checkout process by filling in your Credit Card
billing information on the secure online order form, provide a Shipping Address and click
Continue to verify and complete your transaction.
** (Note: Before completing checkout, you may start over from
the beginning of the order process at any time by clicking the Empty Cart button
to remove all items from your Shopping Cart).

Order Items Policy
Special
order items are products that are not normally stocked in our warehouse or
sold on our web site, therefore, they are processed differently than regular orders and may
require a special price quotation as well as extra time for delivery. In addition,
since most special orders normally take from 10 to 15 business days to
arrive at our warehouse, customers providing an email address will receive an email
confirmation outlining product availability, pricing and delivery tracking information (UPS
only).
If you do not
find exactly what you are looking for on our web site or need assistance with a special
order item, contact us and we
will be happy to order it for you. However, while we will special-order an item at no
additional cost, we reserve the right to limit quantities and apply the following
guidelines.
Special order items must
be ordered based on the minimum manufacturers order requirement, product
availability, and policy.

reserves the right to request full payment in advance for special order items.
All payments
for special order merchandise are non-refundable unless the item(s) are unavailable or
the order cannot be filled within a reasonable length of time agreed upon between
TheDiscountCornerStore.com and the customer.
In some cases, there
may be additional shipping/freight charges added to the final sale, depending on the
manufacturers cost.
All sales of special
order merchandise are final, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS accepted!
