Policy Governing Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be delighted and satisfied with every item you purchase on our web site
and to continue ordering from us with confidence. Therefore, if the product you ordered does not meet your
standards, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your original purchase price
within 30 days from the
date of receipt, as long as the merchandise is not scratched, installed or abused in any way.
However, please
note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and
customers are responsible for return shipping
fees as well as insurance against lost or damage and where applicable, the return shipping fee will be deducted
from your refund amount.
Warranty Products/Defective Items:
Products that are covered under a
warranty as detailed in the Warranty Terms & Conditions Section may only be returned based on the manufacturer's
return policy. All defective products may be returned to TheDiscountCornerStore.com for repair or replacement
only within 30 days from the date of receipt and require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA number).
After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies and claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Returning
a defective product for credit our replacement
We
do ask that you carefully package the defective item in its original carton and send it to
us in order to receive a credit or adjustment. Our Customer Support Staff will thoroughly
make an examination of the product to determine the source of the problem. If our
determination is that the merchandise is defective, you may opt for an immediate replacement
or a refund of the total purchase price.
How to Return Merchandise:
To return an item, send an email to our customer service department at
customerservice@discountcornerstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Please use the following instructions and suggestions for returning merchandise to our
Sales staff.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of each
box/package returned, for returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number
are NOT accepted.
Merchandise returned after the Return Authorization
Number expires will be discarded and no credit issued.
Enclose the original sales receipt, order number if
applicable, and name of purchaser and send the item(s) to our customer service department.
We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return
shipment by using either UPS or FedEx.
All returns are subject to inspection,
customers are
responsible for return shipping charges and insurance against lost or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse damaged, altered, or
missing items, and returns are valid for 30 DAYS ONLY from the date of receipt.
Returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition and box must be factory sealed and in 'as shipped' condition (with original UPC
codes, etc.), containing all packing materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards,
documentation, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
